RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
In case there is a default:
Before sending the items to you we make quality control. Please, follow the caring instructions published in the products on our website to keep them in good shape for as long as you can. In the unlike event of a default, please, contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package and you can return or exchange it for free.

In case you changed your mind:
You can return or exchange the items for free within 24 hours of receiving the package.
If the 24 hours have passed, we accept returns and exchanges of unused items, but the charge will be yours.

Return of used items:
You have the right to return your used items for free after 2 years from the date of the purchase and benefit from a 10% discount from the current season. Please, keep a copy of your receipt and contact us to arrange the return.

Before sending them to you, all items are steamed and touched with rubber gloves that are washed with hot water, for extra protection.
